Event Recap: The Memphis Food and Wine Festival

Earlier this month, Memphis celebrated its culinary excellence by showcasing world renowned chefs, delicious wines and the iconic music the Bluff City is known for. As the exclusive event rental provider, Mahaffey supported what became a tradition of bringing Memphians together over our shared love of food, wine and everything 901.

Whether you’re hosting an event at home or coordinating supplies for a large festival, the best way to showcase the subject matter—in this case food and wine—is by catering to your guests. We were able to provide everything from tent, to flooring, to chandeliers for various contributors at the Memphis Food and Wine Festival—even down to the cords and bulbs. This allowed each chef and sommelier to focus on their craft and ultimately the guest experience.

For this festival, it was important to create multiple stations that each felt comfortable. We used tall bistro tables to encourage conversation and sampling, while using cozy tables and padded chairs to give guests a comfortable seating option under a string of trendy lights and bronze chandeliers.

From dinnerware or tableware, serving utensils, wine glasses, padded/tufted or basic folding chairs, and even to chandeliers, Mahaffey's extensive rental catalog has you covered!
