Rental Recap: 2016 St. Jude Garden Harvest, Sponsored In Part By Mahaffey Tent & Event Rentals
The St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital annual Garden Harvest was held Sunday, October 16 at the St. Jude Garden in Memphis, Tennessee. The event consisted of a silent auction, cocktail hour, live auction and a five-course dinner. The family-style feast was held to celebrate prominent chefs in the Memphis-area and the St. Jude culinary team. The sold-out event is limited to 350 guests, and is the only event held in the St. Jude Garden. Mahaffey Tent & Event Rentals was a sponsor of the event and the exclusive rentals vendor.
Mahaffey provided a large, clear-top tent for the dining area of the harvest. Guests were seated comfortably in the Garden with Mahaffey’s round tables, pilgrim farm tables and pilgrim farm benches, as well as Ice Chiavari chairs. The tables were adorned with eggplant napkins. Guests dined with our top-of-the-line dishes and flatware. Several catering pieces, such as platters, serving dishes and mason jars, were also provided by Mahaffey. The space was filled with Mahaffey’s performance stage and upright fans.
ExpoDeck Flooring was installed by Mahaffey from the parking area to the dining tent, and served as a walkway for guests and the chefs. Mahaffey also brought in AstroTurf as a base for the stage.
Tickets and tables were available for purchase, and all proceeds went to directly benefit the children and families of St. Jude.
