The Rental Process

1. Initial Planning - Things to keep in mind:
   
   • How many people are you expecting?
     
   • What day will your event take place?
     
   • What is your budget?
     
     
Call Mahaffey and speak to one of our Special Event Consultants.


3. Have your consultant work out a CAD diagram of the site.
   
   
4. Mahaffey consultant will perform site inspection.
   
   
5. Sign contract and/or lease agreement.
